Delivery Times
Standard
For mainland UK Burton aim to deliver within 2 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed
between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 3 working
days. (possible examples)
Express
For mainland UK Burton aim to deliver the next day if your order is placed before noon (12pm), Monday to Thursday. For
orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within
2 working days.
If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.
NB - Any jewellery ordered will be dispatched as a separate package direct from Burton supplier.
Delivery Areas
Zoom delivers to all Mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately at this time Burton cannot take orders for delivery to the Channel Islands, BFPO or international addresses.
For delivery, Zoom classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Standard £3.95 delivery charge
Express £4.95 delivery charge
There is one simple delivery charge no matter how many items you have in a SINGLE order.
Without closing the browser window, therefore within the same browser session and linking to one of the other
sites above, then you will only be charged once for delivery, each of the orders will have a different order number and
will arrive in separate parcels from each brand, the order charge will show on only one of the orders. This is only
available on the standard delivery charge of £3.95 and only if the orders have been placed in a single browser session (as
above) - the delivery charge cannot be refunded at a later date.
Delivery Address options
You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address. For example, if you wish to order a gift you can have it
sent directly to the person. Just fill in your chosen delivery address details at the checkout when prompted.
Tracking your Order
To track your order you can either: Email us at feedback@zoom.co.uk with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full
name, billing address and phone number. We will check your order status and send you an update.
Alternatively, call Burton Internet Customer services line on 0870 606 9666 with the information above and they will update
you on the status of your order.
Product Information
Burton have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of Burton products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your
monitor, Burton cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of
the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are
correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Burton reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished including prices
and promotions.
