When will my goods be delivered?
With most in stock items, like clothing, footwear, toys and gifts - delivery is £3.50. Prior to submitting your order we will display both stock and delivery availability on your Delivery Options page.

This standard delivery is only £3.50 and †Available for the majority of in-stock fashion items, textiles and small household items, provided they are ordered before the cut-off time stated. This excludes Bank Holidays.

We make every effort to deliver your goods on the day specified. Most items are available for 24-hour delivery - the timescale for other items is indicated by the delivery message at the foot of every delivery option page. We will not accept liability for deliveries made outside the stated schedule.

Can I choose a delivery day to suit me?
With our extended Next day delivery* service you can now choose which day you want your order to arrive for with no extra cost. When you place your order you can choose your preferred delivery day of the week, (MON-FRI).

*Available for the majority of in stock fashion items, textiles and small household items provided they are ordered before the cut off times stated. (Next day and nominated day deliveries exclude bank holidays).

Can you tell me what time of day?
Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.

Please note: Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods in our advised time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay.

Will you deliver to an alternate address?
Yes, we offer an address book facility so that you can have your goods delivered wherever is most convenient for you. You can either access your address book by logging into My Account, or you can add or choose an alternate address at checkout.
Please note this service is not available on first orders made against your credit account on our delivery restrictions.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Please note: In requesting delivery of a product you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no-one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at that delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

In some instances, you will be required to provide a signature when your order is delivered. You will be advised of this on the checkout page.

If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods, and we are unable to leave them in a safe, secure place we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. We will also provide contact details so that you can arrange delivery to an alternate location if preferred.

Please note: Our Home Delivery Network service will only accommodate requests from customers who have been carded, where the redirection is to a residential address and within the Depot catchment area.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we offer an online order tracking facility.

You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order, shortly after placing it. This will be then followed up by a second e-mail that contains availability and delivery information. This email will also contain a link to our track my order facility where you can check the progress of all items in your order.

Disposal of Waste Electrical Products
Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have joined the national Distributor Take Back Scheme and have contributed to a fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities. You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit

It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
