Next Day Delivery
Next Directory offer a next
day delivery service for all orders placed
before 5PM Monday to Friday *.
Orders placed on Saturday and
up to 5PM on Sunday will be delivered on
Monday.
You can confirm your delivery
arrangements and specify a time at the
checkout.
Your order will be delivered
in special Next packaging.
Next Directory delivery charge
is just £3.75 no matter how large your order,
with the exception of Fresh Flowers and
selected Home items.
* This service is only
available in our courier areas and is subject
to stock availability. Other deliveries will be
made by alternative courier and will take
longer.
Next Directory courier service
is not currently available in the following
areas: Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel
Islands, some Scottish Islands. Please call

Lines are open 8AM - 11PM, 7 days a week, local
call rate.
Free Store Delivery
Pick up your order from over
200 selected Next stores and delivery will be
free.
You will be advised the
nearest available Next store and the date to
collect your order.
Please take a form of personal
identification e.g. driving licence or utility
bill and either your Directory Card, statement,
delivery note or letter accompanying your
Directory.
International Orders
Next Directory are sorry but
we do not accept orders from outside of the UK
at this time. Shop online with Next for the
latest womens clothes, mens clothes, and
clothes for children, plus accessories for the
home.
