The talent and courage of these dudes is mind blowing, as is the opening title sequence but, after that, its about as interesting as watching an old spice advert - again and again and again.

Customer Review: I am a triathlete, but a relative beginner who is weak at swimming. I watched about the first 20 mins of this DVD. All I can say is that as a result of watching this, I did a 1400m swim more than two minutes faster today than I did last week. It has done the trick.
