Delivery Policy
The delivery charges for all Diysupply Online purchases is £7.95 per order. (UK Mainland)
DIY Supply normally expect your order to be delivered within 3 working days, for example an order placed on Monday should arrive on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday should arrive on Tuesday.

A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and diysupply will no longer be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returns Policy
In order to return goods please contact us at help@diysupply.co.uk quoting your order number.
DIY Supply are happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct euroconex to credit your credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
