Operating Details
The London Eye is located at County Hall. The nearest underground station is Westminster. Flights operate as follows February - April and October - December between 9.30am - 8pm. May - September between 9.30am and 10pm. The ride lasts for 30 minutes. Average visitor dwell time is one hour. In order to confirm a time to visit the British Airways London Eye, customers must call the number on their voucher at least 24 hours and no more than one year in advance. This line is open from 09.00am - 5.00pm every day except 25 December and has limited facilities for non-English speakers. Vouchers for the London Eye are not date or time specific. In order to confirm a time to visit, please call 0870 400 3050 between 9.00am - 5.00pm anyday except 25 December, at least 24 hours in advance, and add the reference number given to your voucher, to facilitate boarding. Please note, customers cannot confirm a time on-line via the London Eye Website. On arrival at the British Airways London Eye, please proceed to the Pre Booked/Voucher exchange desk in County Hall, where the voucher should be exchanged for a timed entry ticket. Once this ticket has been received, proceed to the nearby British Airways London Eye entrance.
