SD Gaming Memory Card: 2GB (Wii)
SD Gaming Memory Card: 2GB (Wii)The SanDisk SD Gaming Memory Card line is the must have card for the Nintendo® Wii? game console. For maximum performance and to get the most out of all the advanced features on the Wii?, you?ll need a SanDisk Gaming Card. With SanDisk, you will be able to download and store games, store game saves, and edit and store photos. Customer Review: Dont be fooled by this Sd card, any will work.... This is basically a sd card, no more and no less. This is just a sly marketing trick to gather more money. Ive got the same brand sd card for wii for half the price. Just because it says its designed for wii, doesnt mean its only designed and compatible with only wii. It will work with anything and everything. Get a standard sd card, any will work with wii. Customer Review: Not worth it As mentioned by other reviewers, this SD Card is just a more expensive version of a normal SD card, you can buy a 2GB card for about Ł5 if you buy directly from Kingston, who manufacture SD cards. Just search for Kingston 2GB SD card. My friend has an official Wii SD card and my Kingston card is just as good.
Big Brain Academy (Wii)Big Brain Academy (Wii)Nintendo clearly learned a lot from the DS when designing the Wii, with its unique control system and ultra user friendly interface. It\'s not just the hardware which bares comparison though, with Nintendo planning a similar range of unusual software, some of which can barely be described as a video game at all. Big Brain Academy on the DS was the less academic of the two brain training games released, testing your grey matter in five separate areas categorised as \"Think\", \"Memorize\", \"Analyze\", \"Compute\" and \"Identify\". Only three mini-games have been shown so far for the Wii version, the first presenting you with three numbered blocks and a total that you have to reach by adding two of them together. Your job is to knock the one you don\'t need out by wielding the Wii remote like a hammer. The second game is a variant of spot the difference, except with inverted and distorted pictures where you have to place the missing elements in the second image. The third mini-game displays two towers of bricks where you have to punch holes in one so that it exactly matches up to the other. All three games are played against an opponent, which implies that all or most of the other games will be too. Since you can also use your Mii character this is certain to be a multiplayer favourite for just about anyone in the family. So even if it doesn\'t improve your brain power it should at least ensure you remain happy in your ignorance. HARRISON DENT Customer Review: Basic, cheap and fun At the current price you can\'t go wrong with this. It\'s an enjoyable game if not a little scarce on options. The graphics serve their purpose (it\'s always good to see the Miis being used) and are quite charming. The best feature is being able to compare your records with friends over WiiConnect24. It gives the game the extra dimension it needs to stop it becoming a little boring and dust gathering, and can turn a simple game into an extremely competitive and addictive experience. If you\'re looking for a fun family game to kill a few hours on an evening I\'d suggest purchasing this. But if you\'re someone who expects depth, substance and endless hours of challenge I\'d certainly think twice about buying it. Customer Review: Simply brilliant One of the best games I\'ve bought for the wii so far. Me and my husband are constantly wanting to put it on to see who can win the most games this time, we\'ve found the sprint when you race against each other the best. The games appear to be easy when first looking at them but once that clock starts ticking your mind goes to mush and they become harder than you think. Plus the fact that so many people can all play at once (up to nine depending on which game you select) means it can be a family affair. Well worth the money in my oppinion (especially if you get it at a reduced price)
